Mohamed Diab is a physician executive and healthcare operator known for building and scaling value-based care organizations with both clinical and financial discipline. Most recently, he served as a Senior Vice President at CVS Health where he led the CVS Accountable Care Organization, and developed and executed value-based care strategies across Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial populations. Over the course of his career, he has led organizations serving millions of members, managed multibillion-dollar P&Ls, and built high-performing teams across clinical, digital, and analytics functions. 

Previously, Dr. Diab held executive leadership roles at Aetna and EmblemHealth, where he drove population health transformation, implemented innovative care models, and delivered substantial cost savings. He is recognized for his ability to align strategy, technology, and operations to achieve measurable clinical and financial outcomes at scale.
