Colleen Bevenour is a senior healthcare strategist and execution advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping payer, provider, and life sciences organizations translate strategy into measurable results. Her work focuses on the critical intersection of strategy, operating model design, and leadership capability, particularly within complex and highly regulated healthcare environments.

Most recently, Colleen served as Vice President of Population Health Strategy and Planning at AmeriHealth Caritas, where she led enterprise-wide strategy execution across multiple lines of business. She guided large-scale organizational restructuring, built shared services models to accelerate strategic priorities, and delivered significant administrative savings while strengthening governance and performance alignment. 

Earlier in her career, she advised Fortune 100 and 500 healthcare and biopharmaceutical companies on commercial strategy, market access, and post-merger integration. Today, as Founder of Integra Business Leadership Academy, she works with both large healthcare enterprises and growth-stage organizations to close the gap between strategic intent and execution.
