Eliza Ng, MD, MPH, FACOG, DipABLM is a double board-certified physician executive with more than two decades of experience leading population health, value-based care, and digital health innovation across payers, providers, and healthcare technology companies. She is known for translating complex clinical and financial priorities into measurable results, building and leading interdisciplinary teams across care management, quality, data informatics, and finance.
Dr. Ng has held senior executive roles across the healthcare spectrum, including Chief Medical Officer of Population Health at RWJBarnabas Health and senior leadership positions with Metroplus and Emblem Health, where she led major cost-containment and value-based initiatives. As Senior Medical Director at Montefiore Health System, she cut out-of-network spending by 27%, reduced ESRD costs by $2 million, and delivered $12 million in ACO savings. As Founding Chief Medical Officer of Curio Digital Therapeutics, she led the clinical development of the country’s first FDA-approved digital therapeutic for postpartum depression.
Dr. Ng currently serves as Chief Medical Officer at the Coalition of Asian American IPA (CAIPA), where she oversees medical and quality operations for 450,000 patients under value-based payment arrangements, increasing quality incentives from $18.8 million to $33 million and surplus savings from $30 million to $60 million in three years. She sits on the Board of Directors of Maimonides Health System and serves as a Lifestyle Medicine health coach to women executives in healthcare.
